I’ve been busy here at college with class and homework and friends. It’s been hard to find time to balance these things as well as a blog. I’m sorry I haven’t been posting as much lately. I’ll be posting weekly again starting today.
I’ve already been through and learned so much and I haven’t even finished my first semester.
Here’s a list of 10 things I’ve learned (so far):
1) Bring shower shoes and actually use them. The bathrooms and showers can be kind of disgusting, so make sure you actually use them. An old pair of flip flops or Crocs work perfectly.
2) Go to Class: It may be tempting to skip, but you miss a lot of important information if you don’t show up.
3) Talk to new people. Make new friends. Go on Adventures. HAVE FUN!
4)Take pictures as many as you can; You’ll want to remember these moments.
5)Don’t be afraid to BE YOURSELF!: The right people will love and accept you for who you truly are. Don’t change yourself for anyone. You’re amazing just the way you are.
6) There WILL be hard times and bad moments. DON’T GIVE UP!: You are strong enough to get through whatever life throws at you.
7)Don’t be afraid to ask for help: If you need help, your college or university has plenty of resources that can help you with pretty much everything. Your friends will always be there for you too!
8)The bad moments DO NOT define you: Everyone goes through hard times, but they pass, and you get through them.
9)Stay Strong
10)You can do it
