As promised, here’s the fourth post in the Disney World series!
For our third day of the trip, Andrew and I were able to get breakfast reservations at Ohana in Disney’s Polynesian Resort. I had never been to this resort, or to Ohana, but heard amazing things about both online and in vlogs on YouTube.
We’ll be doing a food review on my YouTube channel soon, but the breakfast at Ohana was great! It’s served “all-you-care-to-enjoy” style, which means your waiter or waitress will bring you as much food as you want! It’s like a buffet, but they bring the food to you instead of you going to the food.
This is also a character meal with Lilo and Stitch and friends! We were lucky enough to meet most of the characters right away when we sat down, which was super fun. We also met Mickey Mouse!
Since we were having breakfast with Lilo and Stitch, we had to Disneybound as them!
I ended up wearing this dress from Hot Topic that’s the same print as Lilo’s, which she loved! Andrew wore a pair of blue basketball shorts and a Stitch shirt from BoxLunch.
After breakfast we headed to Hollywood Studios. This was Andrew’s first time in that park, which meant he had never been to Toy Story Land or Galaxy’s Edge! I was able to go to Toy Story Land over the summer, but Galaxy’s Edge is brand new to the park so it was my first time there as well.
The theming in both of these lands is so great! In Toy Story Land, you really feel like one of Andy’s toys– everything is larger-than-life, and so brightly colored! We rode Alien Swirling Saucers and Toy Story Mania (Andrew won). Unfortunately, the wait for Slinky Dog Dash was too long, but we’ll ride it next time!
Our first time in Galaxy’s Edge did not disappoint! Even though I’m not a huge Star Wars fan, it was still amazing! Unfortunately, the wait for both rides was incredibly long, but we still had fun walking around and taking photos!
Instead of heading to Animal Kingdom that night, we ended up back in the Magic Kingdom so we could do some of the rides we didn’t get to the day before.
This park is so gorgeous at night, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it! The holiday decorations were still up, which meant Cinderella’s Castle was turned to ice at night.
